Overview
RattrayParkin are recruiting for a Finance Manager to join a high-growth SME based in Leicester. The successful candidate will be responsible for management/financial reporting and day-to-day management of a small finance team. The business has ambitious growth plans for the finance function and the successful candidate will be responsible for driving this forward. Key Responsibilities:? Preparation of monthly management reports tracking financial performance against budget Month end reconciliations and journals Providing commentary on management reports Variance Analysis around actual results compared to the budget and forecasts Analysing trends and financial performance across business units Treasury and cash Budgeting, reforecasting and business partnering Statutory duties and taxation Staff development, supervising and training staff About you: Dynamic, confident and proactive Excellent communication skills both written & verbal Strong IT skills (Excel) Qualified CIMA, ACA or ACCA
