Overview
An exciting opportunity has arisen for my client offer a range of integrated systems including video management systems, enterprise access control systems, software integration platforms, and video walls they are looking for a Service Engineer who will be home based, but will require site visits to the London Boroughs. The role of the Service Engineer, London Boroughs within our Integrated Security Solutions team is to provide Service support on CCTV, Access Control and Integrated systems. You will work across a variety of customers and major projects in the London area. You will be part of a larger team who support our technical . As a Service Engineer you will provide excellent Customer Service for both internal and external customers. You will manage and establish relationships with key customers across the London region. A key part of the role is to ensure customer satisfaction through installing or servicing the appropriate devices, working safely and providing customer satisfaction. As a Service Engineer, London Boroughs, you will handle ambiguity well, make decisions and effectively manage multiple tasks at the same time. You will have excellent planning and technical skills within a Integrated security environment. You will be required to work closely with the planning team to ensure your time is managed and jobs are prioritised correctly and effectively. You will be required to carry out reports, handover certificates and checklists as appropriate.
