Overview

You will join the Implementation Team to help onboard new customers efficiently onto our HR Software system Actus (TM) which encompasses performance management, talent management and our new compliance module aimed at the Financial Services sector. Implementation Consultant - HR Software Responsibilities: - Hold online welcome meetings with new clients, to determine their requirements and follow the implementation process to configure their system and project manage their go live. - Working closely with colleagues in the Support; Sales and Training departments. - Running Client Admin training webinars. - Hold engagement meetings with existing clients. Implementation Consultant - HR Software Requirements: - Highly organised with good project management skills. - Methodical, with an eye for detail. - Quick to learn and technically able - has worked with technology and understands how to configure it. - Has worked in a business that uses or sells HR or Regulatory Tech e.g. understands the purpose of people or compliance-related technology and will be able to empathise with their strategic requirements. - Advise clients on good HR practice, where required, to enable effective system set up - Knowledge of HR/performance management practices - Comfortable dealing with people at senior/management level About Actus Performance Management Software: Since its inception, Actus has been one of the pioneers of Performance Management Software in the UK. The ultimate goal has always been to harness technology and introduce behaviour changes to help overcome people and performance challenges and drive performance improvement and engagement. We have now introduced an exciting new product that supports compliance in the financial services sector. While knowledge of this sector is not essential it would be an advantage. Location: Redbourn, Herts, AL3 7PP Job type: Full Time, Permanent Salary: £35 to £40k - Office-based with the opportunity to work from home 1 day a week.
