Overview
INTRODUCTION OSR are currently recruiting on behalf of a leading commercial dealership in Leeds, seeking an Assistant Service Manager to join and lead their aftersales team. THE COMPANY My client is a reputable and well-established, multi-branch dealer group, who are driven by providing excellent customer satisfaction and offer industry leading training and development, along with a history of providing career progression and internal promotion for their staff across the group. THE ROLE & REQUIRED EXPERIENCE My client is looking to appoint a candidate with previous automotive experience as a Workshop Controller, Assistant Service Manager or Service Team Leader. Therefore, the successful candidate will be accustomed to the responsibilities of the role, will bring a highly positive and influential leadership style, and lead by example through work ethic. Analysis and breakdown of department performance, and strategic improvement planning will also be a key skill set of the successful applicant whilst proactively supporting the Service Manager. SALARY AND BENEFITS Basic salary of up to £23,000 per annum On-target-earnings of around £26,000 per annum Company Vehicle Personal Benefits package LOCATION The dealership is located in Leeds, Yorkshire.
