Overview
Working as part of the digital eLearning team of this international professional body, you will be managing client relationships with corporate customers using the eLearning platforms. Looking after your own portfolio of clients, you will monitor usage and will analyse how clients are using the platform and will advise them on the paths open to them to get maximum effect from the system. Duties will include: Building strong relationships with clients Working reactively and proactively to ensure clients use the platform to maximum effect Assisting with on-boarding Troubleshooting Training Monitoring system usage Tailoring recommendations to the client's needs Managing small projects Analysing processes Keeping abreast of the systems development lifecycle You will ideally have: Strong customer service skills gained in a business environment Excellent spelling and grammar for emails and correspondence Confidence when dealing with clients over the phone, via video call and face to face An interest in learning technologies The ability to interrogate information and make recommendations An understanding of business and systems analysis processes Knowledge of Microsoft software Knowledge of an Agile development framework preferred but not essential Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics and NAV useful
