Overview
An excellent opportunity for a graduate level (or equivalent) individual with first class customer service/client relationship skills, strong Excel and database expertise and ideally experience of working in an e.learning or training environment. Working as part of the digital learning team of this leading professional body, the role will involve managing relationships with corporate customers and assisting them with processes to ensure they use the eLearning paltform to maximum effect. This will include system setup, troubleshooting, training and monitoring usage. You will manage small projects and will make recommendations dependant on thier requirements. You will need: Excellent attention to detail Excellent verbal and written skills Strong organisational skills Strong Word, Excel and PowerPoint Ability to use your own initiative and work to deadlines Customer focused experience Ability to proactively build professional relationships A resourceful, flexible approach Experience of managing small projects Duties will include: Building strong relationships with internal stakeholders involved in specific projects linked to eLearning Assisting with the delivery of projects to corporate clients Assisting new customers with the onboarding process ensuring they make maximum use of eLearning content Assisting customers with Learning Management System platforms and gamification apps Managing small projects and managing the development lifecycle Using LMS systems Working with Power BI Database management
