Are you a Residential Conveyancing Paralegal looking to make the move to a well-established regional law firm? Our client is looking for Conveyancing Paralegals, to join their Birmingham office. You will join their growing Conveyancing department and manage cases on a broad range of Conveyancing matters About the role This role is for a Conveyancing Paralegal to come into this busy team and hit the ground running. As a fee earner you will undertake a wide variety of duties: Roles and Responsibilities: Manage your own caseload on sales and purchases of freeholds and leaseholds Deal with New builds Exchanges and completions Post Completion matters and requisitions Draft Land Registry form such as SDLTs and AP1s About the candidate Strong academics Previous experience as a Residential Conveyancing Paralegal Able to manage own caseload with minimal supervision Have experience dealing with New Builds or working for a housing association Work effectively as part of a team About the firm The firm are a well-established regional law firm with a fantastic reputation in the West Midlands.
