Overview

THE COMPANY: Brewster Partners are working with our client to recruit for a Buyer to join a team and make a real difference to company cost savings. The role is easily commutable from areas of Worksop, Retford, Gainsborough, Doncaster, Sheffield and surrounding areas. THE JOB: The job involves working cross-functionally across the business in order to identify cost saving opportunities, working with each manager you will analyse relevant data sets and current costs, then run a 360-degree procurement exercise to invite potential employers and manage the whole process through to contract stage. We're looking for someone who can consolidate current suppliers and negotiate with the company's best interests at heart. THE PERSON: To be successful in your application you need to be able to demonstrate suitable experience in a similar buying role. We're looking for someone proactive and wanting to progress their career within a large organisation. Ideally you will have e-auction experience and a level of CIPS qualification.
