The Business With offices in London, Germany, Switzerland, Mexico, Columbia and Hong Kong this is a truly international financial recruitment agency working with private equity funds that range from multinational financial services to small boutiques. The company have a team of over 65 made up of mainly ex finance professionals and former private equity investors. The Job You will join the team to work alongside consultants and help source individuals from the company’s exclusive networks of candidates. You will screen potential candidates to meet client specifications and manage individual client interview programmes. In addition, participate in regular internal meetings with colleagues and work on firm-wide business development initiatives. The business provides a structured induction and ongoing training programme to ensure you learn both the fundamentals of the private equity industry along with internal systems and processes in a systematic manner. In addition, this programme provides for a measured career path development with growing responsibilities and rewards as milestones are met. Job Breakdown: • Sourcing candidates and initiating contact by telephone from recommendations and online research. • Screening and interviewing candidates. • Building long term relationships with candidates in relevant industries. • Mapping candidate pools from relevant companies. • Compiling contact lists from database and internet searches. • Managing administration and logistics of assignments. • Database inputting and information gathering. Who Fits the Bill? • Educated to degree level. • Strong academic record, with a minimum 2:1 Bachelor’s degree. • Impeccable telephone manner and communication skills. • High standards with immaculate attention to detail. • An organised and methodical worker. • A people person who will enjoy liaising with connections over phone and email. • Someone well presented to work in a corporate environment. • Personal discipline and confidence in following up leads. • Some understanding of financial markets with enthusiasm to learn the detail quickly.
