Server & Storage Engineer - Southampton - Up to £45,000

My client who are one of the leading international travel companies in the market, are looking to recruit a new Server and Storage Engineer to join their growing team. They are expected to grow by 50% by 2022 as they look to transform and grow the size of their company. Key Responsibilities You will provide operational support to all systems and platforms within the company, providing third line support where necessary You will work on incidents / requests that arrive, ensuring that they are all dealt with in accordance to agreed procedures You will maintain the infrastructure across the company You will work closely with IT colleagues (service desk, other third line teams, and project managers) and a variety of stakeholders to ensure required outcomes are achieved. Key Skills and Experience Microsoft Windows VM Ware Experience in Server Analyst, Server Engineer or 3rd Line Infrastructure Support role Understand IT concepts and the principles / processes of implementing and delivering IT services.
