Overview

Sales Co-ordinator needed on a permanent basis for world leading manufacturing organisation, salary DOE. Your new company Your new company is a world leading manufacturing business with over 25 years experience within their sector. They have numerous offices across the world and have been recognised for their work with a number of awards. Your new role The purpose of the role is to facilitate the scheduling and delivery of orders from receipt to installation including liaising with internal and external suppliers for timely delivery. Within your new role as a Sales Co-ordinator your duties and responsibilities will include; Sales order processing and invoicing, handling the process of orders with accuracy, communication with logistics partners, dealing with all telephone enquiries, responding to complaints from customers and giving after sales support, liaise with 3rd party suppliers and raise customer invoices using self billing systems. You will be expected to work Monday -Thursday 0830 - 1630 or 0900 - 1700 and Friday 0830 - 1600 or 0900 - 1630 (37 hours per week What you'll need to succeed In order to succeed in the role you will be able to prioritise tasks to effectively manage workloads, take responsibility of own mistakes and learn from them, see value in collaboration with others, continual personal growth and have a customer focus. You will have previous experience within Sales Co ordination/administration, high level of communication skills, well organised with a problem solving attitude, have the ability to adapt and work under pressure, good time management and be comfortable with computer programmes including; Excel, Sage & CRM.
