Our client, a leading professional services firm, are looking for an organised, pro-active individual to assist in organising paper based employee files and transferring to an electronic database. This is a part-time role covering 21 hours a week, our client have some flexibility as days and times to be agreed. Main responsibilities include: Reviewing and organising paper based files. Scanning files in to the electronic database. The successful candidate will possess a high attention to detail and be able to work accurately. You will have a methodical approach to your work and above all a high regard for confidentiality. Previous experience in an administrative role would be ideal but is not essential.
