Overview

A highly successful SME business based in Cheltenham are looking for a Financial Controller to manage the day to day operations of the finance department. The successful candidate will have experience working in a fast-paced working environment preferably from SME businesses. This role is very hands on, reporting directly into the Managing Director offering strategic support as well as bookkeeping, management accounts and Statutory Accounting. You will be heavily involved in the day to day running of the business. Person specification: Qualified Accountant At least 3 years experience working within a fast paced finance department as a Financial Account/Controller. Advanced Excel skills. My client takes a refreshing stance on flexible working and will consider both PT and FT candidates with the possibility of working from home on occasions.
