Overview
For one of our clients, we are looking for experienced Agile Tester with solid technical skills to help implement agile testing principles. You will work with our senior manager to help the client transform and move to agile testing. As a role model, you will be embedded in a scrum team, where you will Champion the role of Agile testing by reviewing acceptance criteria making sure they are complete and have captured all scenarios, Ensure features are tested within sprint according the definition of done-ness Demo features to product owners and stakeholders Challenge technical decisions, Attend dev forums to understand what is going on and how that affects quality, Review unit tests to make sure they are being implemented and measure coverage with tools like SonarCube Establish automation architecture and drive the process to involve the whole team Transform the scrum team to continuous testing and eliminate manual regression testing. This role is initially for 4-6 weeks as a pilot project with the potential for a long term extension for the right candidate. We are looking for someone who really understands what Agile testing and in-sprint automation really mean. Someone who knows that test automation isn’t just about regression or Selenium.
