Overview

Client Account Executive We are searching for an experienced Client Account Executive Overall Purpose To provide relationship management of portfolio of clients to develop a successful working relationship and ensure excellent service delivery. Responsibilities Work alongside Client Account Manager to deliver Key account management to people services clients. A portfolio of approximately 40 clients will be allocated. Hold regular service review meetings/ calls with clients with the purpose of gaining understanding of their requirements and managing the working relationship for the delivery of payroll. Work alongside allocated Partner and service team to ensure clients receive service excellence and seek opportunities for expansion of wider services. Encourage engagement with clients including gaining case studies and opt ins for Newsletters. Attend seminars and networking opportunities with clients. Essential Appropriate relevant experience in a similar role managing a portfolio of clients Excellent communication and listening skills with the ability to communicate with a range of audiences up to C-suite level Experience and passion for providing the highest levels of customer service Maintain and promote high professional standards of conduct and practice and demonstrate commitment to firm’s initiatives and direction Apply knowledge of RSM, industry, market and core client base, highlighting and actioning potential business opportunities – building commercial awareness and promoting firm’s wider services and offerings Able to organise and manage time efficiently and effectively Willingness to travel to client sites Desirable Driving licence and access to car Note: This job description reflects the present requirements of the role.
