Overview
Pertemps are looking for a General Fabricator to join our Production Team, initially the role will focus around the press brake but we would look to expand skills. Above all else we are looking for an individual that fits with our Team Ethos, has a good attitude: Initially we looking for someone we can train up to operate (and set) our press brakes Any fabrication/welding FLT skills are desirable but not essential Must be a Team Player with a good attitude Successful candidate would be eligible to join our pensions scheme (we contribute 8 % of employee earnings). We will need to see proof that you have GCSE grade C or above in maths and English before we are able to progress any further. The role is 39hours per week (rotating shift pattern) 6.00am – 14.00hrs Mon – Thurs/6.00am – 13.00hrs Friday one week 14.00hrs- 22.30hrs Mon- Thursday and 13.00-18.00hr Friday the following week. Starting rate £8.70 per hour Successful candidates taken on after 3 months would automatically qualify for our bonus scheme (which works a month in arrears) First three months essentially an extended work trial after which we would take on the right candidate and expect to reach current top rate of pay £10.50 (within 6 months) If you are interested in this position please click APPLY.
