I am currently recruiting for someone to work for one of the leading employers in the area where you will be working within a large and ever expanding Chester based unique firm as an Operations Analyst. This is a new role based within the central hub of the organisation - the operations team who have been long established. They are experts in their field and go from strength to strength as a leading emplyer in Chester. What will you be doing? The Analyst’s sit at the very forefront of the 2020 focus to remain at the top of their market, relying on their deep analysis of past performance, understanding of ongoing trends and strategy implementation to ensure our success. The newest R esource Planning Analyst , will be taking the reins within a highly autonomous positon, focusing heavily on designing, producing and delivering robust, appropriate and accurate resource plans on a weekly, daily and monthly basis. Your responsibility as a Resource Planning Analyst will be to deliver in the following areas of accountability: Forecasting multi skilled areas to ensure business objectives are met Producing schedules that meets the demands of the client whilst balancing the needs of agents Planning and scheduling off phone activity whilst maintaining forecasted Service Levels Reviewing holiday requests, ensuring holiday allocations meet business and agent requirements Scheduling summaries to be produced and analysed Planning for changes in work patterns, investigating potential scenarios, and finding solutions to challenges that arise Preparing reports to determine call volume, calling patterns, service trends, and staff productivity Produce forecasting and scheduling reports to the Senior Management Team Essential to have: Previous experience in a similar role in a contact centre environment Previous exposure and understanding of a Work Force Management tool Professional and flexible approach with a “can do” attitude Highly self-motivated and performance orientated with the ability to prioritise Excellent attention to detail Excellent skills in Excel and a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications Highly organised, self-motivated individual who can produce high quality work under pressure In addition to salaries, we offer a generous benefits package including: 33 days’ holiday (including bank holidays) An additional day off during the week of your Birthday Annual company bonus scheme Staff pension Private Medical Insurance Death in Service payment Subsidised park and ride passes Enhanced Maternity and Paternity pay Long service awards - cash payments and increases in holiday allowances Staff discount on cottage holidays Free worldwide travel insurance (including family members) Wellness extras, including free annual flu jabs, reflexology sessions and free fruit, tea and coffee supplied in the office Monthly Beer Trolley 24/7 access and support in wellbeing and counselling Discounts at local retailers Monthly Wellbeing workshops Please get in touch with Lily James on or email
