The role You'll run your businesses through effective planning, performance management, championing operational excellence and of course building and maintaining strong relationships with the clinical and operational teams. Strong leadership and people management skills are a must, along with the desire and ability to work alongside the senior team and contributing to decision making across the wider business. The ideal candidate The following are must-haves in terms of experience for the role: Practice management experience within dentistry, ideally across multiple sites Commercially astute with strong business acumen to analyse data and insight to identify and develop further commercial opportunities. Task-orientation: the focus to complete a specific task is key. People skills: you'll be motivational, driven and set a great example to your direct reports. Equally as important is your passion to coach and develop your team to hit their potential.
