The company supply a wide range of Food Packaging, Biodegradable Packaging, Catering Disposables, Takeaway Containers, Cups, Hot Cups, Cold Cups, Food Trays, Sandwich Packs, Cutlery, Napkins, Food Bags, Straws and Janitorial / Cleaning Products into Catering Companies, Foodservice Companies, Restaurants, Pub, Clubs & Hospitality throughout the UK. The company are actively looking to recruit a Sales Manager / Senior Sales Manager to join their team. Candidates must have experience in the Food Packaging industry, have a proven track-record in business development / sales and developing existing accounts. Candidate must have management / leadership experience – previously responsible for managing a Sales Team and be based in the West Midlands. Candidates will be highly motivated, organised and looking to join a well-established company within the Food Packaging industry. Principal Responsibilities / Knowledge / Experience 1. Minimum 3 years of proven Sales success in the Food Packaging industry. 2. Management / Sales Team Manager experience – essential 3. Maintain a professional relationship with customers and ensure they are kept satisfied with the company’s services. 4. To manage Key Customers network to maximise sales and profit 5. Effective Communicator. 6. Prompt and accurate reporting to the Directors as required. 7. Computer literate.
