Overview

Medical PA and Administrator Marylebone up to £24,000 (pro rata for 20 hours) We've just registered an exciting opportunity for a permanent Medical PA and Administrator to undertake a pivotal role in the smooth day to day running of a prestigious clinic, based in the heart of London's medical district in Marylebone, that offers a holistic approach to both healthcare and fitness Your purpose is to provide outstanding medical and administrative support for the clinic's Medical Director and to help them deliver the best possible experience through their consultations with patients. Your daily accountabilities include preparing the Director's schedules, writing letters, and working closely with the Patient Care team to ensure excellent communication throughout the clinic. Note task is off limits and you must be willing to help out in other areas if needed; This would include working on reception as well as delivering documents to doctors. You must have 3-5 years' experience of working in a private medical practice in a Medical Secretary/Administrative or Patient Liaison role and have a track record of working in a busy working environment and dealing with a high volume of patient enquiries. In addition to excellent keyboard and IT application skills, you must possess first-class communication, teamwork and relationship building skills. This would suit hard-working individual who knows how to multitask and can react to a busy working environment. A degree in business management, law or a science discipline is preferred.
