Overview
Registered Nurse - Oncology Ward, Kensington, Full Time, Salary range of £30,672 - £37,244 pa benefits. I am looking for an experienced Registered General Nurse (RGN) to deliver high standard, holistic care to the patients of an Oncology Ward within a private hospital based in Kensington. In this role you can expect to ensure the provision of high-quality nursing care in a clinical setting, within your multidisciplinary team you will be contribute to the care the team deliver. You can expect to treat a variety of cancers, including; Breast, Cervical, Ovarian, Pancreatic, GI Cancers, and Prostate. Successful applicants should meet the following criteria: · Registered Nurse Level 1/Diploma/BSc in Nursing. Or Registered Nurse Level 2 - Relevant Competencies for the role · Evidence of relevant clinical professional development preferably evidenced by certification RN with valid NMC Registration · Excellent clinical applied knowledge which is evidenced based and takes account of national best practice standards · Previous experience and knowledge of cancer care, a SACT qualification is desirable. · At least 12 months experience · Mentorship certificate. · IV competent · BLS/ILS updated or be prepared to undertake the course within the first 3 months · Speciality Course This is a Full-time role, 37.5 hours per week; you will be required to cover 13 shifts of 8am - 8pm per month on rotation, inclusive of both days and nights shifts.
