Overview
Our client is a global leader within enterprise technology who develops, deploys and manages enterprise applications that smoothly integrate with existing systems. They have over 20 000 users worldwide and have been recognised as the Leading Vendor. They have an exciting opportunity for a Service Delivery Manager UK&I, with hands on experience in providing high quality services in the enterprise software industry. Someone who can lead and develop their expert services team (currently 9 consultants) and can support them with their day to day activities. The Service Delivery Manager will be required to lead the teams, both locally and remotely, project engagements, delegating tasks and managing the teams personal and professional requirements. They will also be responsible to run all aspects of customer projects including resource management, financial planning, project planning and cross selling opportunities. Ability to hire, mentor, manage and ensure performance of a team. Build SOWs, manage scope, deliverables, outcomes and go-live timeline in delivery Pro-actively keep track on objectives and build-in governance with engineering-level, management-level or executive level and assure alignment and progress. Ensure broad adoption of the companies’ platform within key accounts and stakeholders, architects, testers, ux’er, program managers. Assure timely and accurate administration of the services hours to be invoiced and keep track on budgets Ensure quality delivery of services without compromise on all the companies’ implementations Secure customer success and work with their customers towards a broad adoption of the companies Platform. Organize retrospectives with team to learn and improve quality of services, innovation and efficiency Contributes to improvement business cases and roadmaps Salary - £60K-£80K bonus Location - London If you have a background in custom application development, 3-5years experience working as a service delivery manager preferably within enterprise software development and understand the implication of change through the implementation of technology, or if your experience matches the above, or you have a similar, relevant profile I would like to talk to you.
