Overview

An experienced MHE Instructor Trainer & Assessor required on a temporary ongoing basis for a client based in the DE55 area. To provide Low Level Order Picker Training for new staff and assess capability to a safe and competent it is also desirable to provide competence and safety assessment on Reach and Counter Balance trucks. Principal Accountabilities: - Working as part of a team to deliver high levels of training. - Responsible for ensuring a consistent and compliant level of training. - Willingness to work shifts to drive competence standards across sites. - Ability to give and receive feedback effectively. - Ability to adapt well to fast-paced environments with changing direction. Key Skills: - Must hold valid in date (min 3 months left) RTITB Instructor Licence - Previous experience in instructing and assessing MHE competence and safety. - Must hold a minimum of one valid FLT licence (Reach, Counterbalance, VNA, Flexi for example). - Responsible for providing a consistently high level of technical skills training to support the operations area through a variety of delivery methods. - Ensuring that all training is completed and recorded in line with company/RTITB policy. - Administration and Maintenance of all records and certification relating to MHE training. - Liaising with all Managers to ensure all site training is covered across all shifts. - Ensuring that that all training is completed and recorded in line with company policy. - Good PC literacy skills. - Good communication and organisational skills. Salary £23,900 ( 37.5 hours a week - Must be flexible covering all shifts AM/PM & Nights)
