Restaurant and Bar Manager – Luxury Hotel in Leicestershire Location: Leicestershire Salary: Up to £30,000 Responsibilities - Ensure delivery of highest quality service throughout the restaurant and Bar - Monitor customer satisfaction - Motivate, coach and train and coordinate the team - Deliver and cultivate the group brand standards - Recruitment and appraisal of the F&B team with support of the Hotel Manager Requirements - Minimum of 2 years in a supervisory or management role within a 4/5-star property - Must have a real passion for training and developing the team - Strong brand standards and customer service focus - Flexibility and a Service delivering Superstar - Team management, leadership & team player - Spirit of initiative - Significant food and beverage experience Does this sound like you?
