Production Support Engineer

Our Production Technical Support Engineers provide effective and timely day to day support to all operations modules. Acting as a focal point for technical support initiatives, DFM/DFA and SPC analysis focusing on sustaining and improving operational effectiveness of both current and future operational requirements. The ideal candidate; Experience of working within a complex and dynamic component manufacturing engineering environment with NPI and continuous improvement experience preferred Relevant qualification or equivalent experience in mechanical, electronics or production engineering Proven ability to lead technical investigations, engaging with multi- functional problem solving workshops. Good analytical approach to problem solving Ability to communicate confidently and effectively at all levels Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders and customers (internal / external Understanding of Statistical Process Control, Process FMEA's, and Lean Manufacturing preferred An ability to produce concise reports and effective presentations. This Production Supprt Engineer opportunity is based in Pitstone and commutable from areas within, Buckinghamshire, Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire and London.
