Overview

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Senior Master Production Scheduling Planner to join a world leading, high-technology company specialising in aircraft electrical systems, in Buckinghamshire. The Senior Master Production Scheduling Planner, Buckinghamshire, will transfer customer demand into an achievable Master Production Schedule that will produce optimised delivery performance and inventory goals, ensure that data is incorporated into the ERP system and MPS capacity model and check overall cohesion of data ensuring the plan is communicated and driven through Operations, procurement and logistics teams. Other responsibilities of the role will be to assess the changed in customer demand and measure impact against capacity constraints, inventory and volumes, maintain stock plans that show areas of excess and improvement action plans to meet or beat budgeted inventory and analyse achievement against the plan and identify trends and actions required to drive overall performance. You will also facilitate New Product Introduction activity, provide data input to the sales and operational planning reviews and manage SAP master data for all manufacturing data through the planning team and be accountable for the accuracy of the data. The Senior Master Production Scheduling Planner, Buckinghamshire, candidate will a have proven track record in Supply Chain or related areas and will have strong experience with MRP. SAP experience is desirable and familiarity with Lean tools and concepts is an advantage.
