Overview
Mach Recruitment are looking for Permanent Trainers on behalf of The Very Group for their brand-new 'state of the art' Distribution Centre at East Midlands Gateway. This is an opportunity to deliver training in one of the worlds most technologically advanced fulfilment centres. If you have experience of both training and operations, and our culture appeals to you then we'd like to talk to you. The Role In this role, you are the pivotal link enabling our colleagues to perform their roles well. You will train colleagues in a variety of roles and processes, to ensure a competent workforce. The average day will include: Delivering training to new and existing colleagues in an automated fulfilment centre Helping to develop and improve the training tools in a start-up environment Training and work ing alongside your colleagues on day to day operational tasks when not training. Understanding the processes and function of your allocated department in order to train new colleagues in areas such as: Goods In Picking and Packing - manual and automation Rework and labelling Loading & Unloading Dispatch General Housekeeping Promoting safe working practices to ensure a safe place of work for all Positive attitude and teamwork You We are looking for you if: You have experience training, coaching, mentoring or teaching (ideally within a n operational environment ) You enjoy working as part of a team You are confident speaking to groups of people You have excellent communication skills You want to help others to do their jobs well, and to grow Previous fulfilment experience is not necessary, full training is provided The Benefits Hourly Rate - £9.40 (Annual salary - £18,818.80) 4 on 4 off Shift Pattern - 6am - 6pm or 10am - 10pm (From March 2020). Night shifts introduced in July 2020.
