Warehouse Assistant / Administrator The Client Our Client is a family-owned discount supermarket chain with over 10,000 stores in 20 countries, and an estimated combined turnover of more than €50 billion. They have recently opened a brand new state-of-the-art warehouse DC in Sawley, Long Eaton, and are recruiting for a number of warehouse related roles on a 12 week temp-to-perm basis. The role (full training provided) Competent and full of initiative, you’ll be trusted to keep the Regional Distribution Centre clean, efficient and working correctly. Your responsibilities will include the following: operating a forklift truck (full training provided) loading a vehicle helping to organise pallets and crates ensure the smooth running of the warehouse keeping warehouse tidy and report and defects to the working area or its equipment warehouse admin duties Hours / shifts / pay: £8.72 per hour rising to £10.16 after 12 weeks (Days) £8.72 per hour rising to £10.29 after 12 weeks (Nights) 5-day week but will include weekends (5 out of 7) Fixed shifts Day shifts start at 5:00am Night shifts start at 18:00pm depending 4 weeks’ annual leave plus Bank Holidays Full training provided Company sick pay scheme Company maternity, paternity and adoption leave after 2 years Long Service awards Interested?
