Production Technician
Overview
Summary The Production Technician will be responsible for supporting the compounding operation which manufactures aseptically compounded products, and ensuring we deliver a high-quality product at all times. You will work 20:00-04:00 Sunday - Thursday. Essential Duties and Responsibilities To perform routine quality checks on the product as part of the compounding process To correctly record detailed data on batch paperwork and quality documents following GDP at all times Follow standard operating procedures To perform and record all cleaning for the equipment and areas of work as and when required as defined in the relevant SOP’s To notify Team Leader/Supervisor/Manager/Quality assurance of any deviations from the process Qualifications Experience in a manufacturing environment is desired but not essential Strong work ethic and work flexibly to meet the business needs Able to communicate effectively Analytical and meticulous approach to resolving problems Excellent quality standards and attention to detail Ability to work effectively and efficiently in a team environment Ability to prioritise the daily work schedule Adaptable to carrying out different tasks based on the daily scheduling of staff English & Mathematics GSCE qualified or equivalent Reasonable Accommodations Baxter is committed to working with and providing reasonable accommodations to individuals with disabilities.
