Your IT Apprenticeship in Warrington delivered by NowSkills You will be working as an IT Apprentice at an IT hardware, software and network support company based in Golborne, Warrington. As an IT Apprentice you will be taught a range of relevant IT skills. Your IT Apprenticeship responsibilities Troubleshooting any IT software and hardware issues Updating and maintaining operating systems Replace and repair damaged IT hardware Work on the help-desk line Assisting staff with any logged IT related incidents Accurately recording, updating and documenting requests using the IT service desk system Installing and configuring new IT equipment Interested?
