Overview
Senior Group FP&A Manager Central London Up to £85k 25% Bonus Overview We're currently working with an internationally leading, multi-billion revenue brand to find an experienced and high calibre Senior Finance Manager, Group FP&A to join their team at their lively and fun working space in central London. The role will involve detailed FPA activities on a daily basis - including budgeting, forecasting, financial data analysis and financial modelling - and would suit candidates from a Group Finance background who are able to communicate strongly with colleagues across all seniority levels. The role Coordinate and produce the company's quarterly forecasts, and present to senior level colleagues Detailed input into the production of the company's operating plan, contributing to plotting strategic targets for the year ahead Work closely with the commercial and finance teams to review financial performance, including revenue analysis, operating expense analysis and marketing spend analysis Regularly update senior level colleagues about the company's financial performance, giving them a complete understanding of anticipated revenue and cost per quarter Ability to cohesively and concisely prepare financial reports in an understandable format, which can be easily interpreted by non-finance individuals Take complete ownership of the company's financial modelling work Build strong, constructive relationships with both finance and non-finance colleagues Openness to challenging financial reports and analysis as required, for the benefit of the business Evaluate and identify improvement opportunities to processes and systems as necessary Required skills/experience Highly detailed experience in financial modelling Ability to handle large amounts of data, and convert into analytical reports which are beneficial to the company Experience in presenting financial information to colleagues at all seniority levels Previous exposure to managing a high performing team Strong relationship building skills and comfort in business partnering Excellent commercial acumen Comfort working in a dynamic, fast paced environment ACA Qualified accountant or similar (desired) Hyperion systems experience (desired) Experience of project management (desired)
