Overview

Job Type - Permanent, full-time Location - Home based with london Travel Salary - £45,000 £2000 bonus plan (negotiable for the right candidate) Position Overview You will be responsible for the coaching and development of apprentices through the Apprenticeship Standards Programme. You will work alongside the employer to develop the plans for how and when the on-programme and end-point assessments will be delivered and assess the apprentices progress towards these skill developments. The main aims are to work closely with the Service Delivery Manager, Quality Assurance and Sales Executive teams and establish effective ways of learning to improve learner satisfaction and success rate. Responsibilities Ensure the apprentices attend and participate in their planned training which will enable achievement of 100% pass rate on the knowledge modules Achieve minimum 88% pass rate for end-point assessment, leading to a minimum 88% success rate on the apprenticeship standards programme At the start of the apprenticeship, review the contents of the standard with the employer and apprentice and then negotiate and help to plan the projects and tasks that will be needed for the apprentice to meet the standard in full Engage with the employer and apprentice on setting new targets and refining the project plans as the apprenticeship progresses Review progress of the knowledge modules and the summative portfolio Provide a good level of feedback for the summative portfolio which meets Ofsted and the apprenticeship standards Advise the IQA when a project has been completed and is ready for quality assurance Prepare the apprentice for their end-point assessment interview by asking regular appropriate questions that build on the skills as the apprentice progresses Prepare the apprentice for their end-point assessment practical by observing demonstrations on the apprentice's practical skills, which will expand during the apprenticeship Complete and distribute coaching reports and formal reviews as required during the apprenticeship Challenge and develop apprentice's skills and abilities to enable them to achieve the best performance results Track and report progress of planned learning to achieve end-point assessment Provide observational and specific feedback, encouraging the apprentice to self-assess their performance and readiness for achievement Record and report on activity to management in a timely and professional manner Communicate with the Apprenticeship Team on candidates for concern Receive and review feedback from employers and/or learners Create effective development plans to establish the needs of both the employer and Apprentice Essential Candidate Requirements At least 2 years of Business Analyst industry Expereince Good understanding of apprenticeship programmes Some form of training/coaching experience in business analysis Good relationship building skills Effective oral and written communication skills Excellent interpersonal and coaching skills Ability to work with various departments and foster teamwork Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Ability to maintain the highly confidential nature of Human Resources work Ability to maintain a flexible work schedule Excellent organisational skills Must be able to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner.
