We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner for an initial 9 month contract. We have an exciting opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Partner to support with a large recruitment campaign. Your new company This is a exciting opportunity to join a tech based company in Bath. Reporting to the the Head of HR, to deliver an ambitious recruitment growth strategy. Your new role As Talent Acquisition Partner you will be responsible for sourcing talent through direct methods, effectively managing the database, as well as interviewing and hiring talented employees. You will work closely with department hiring managers to proactively identify future hiring needs. What you'll need to succeed Previous experience running recruitment campaigns and direct sourcing. Able to utilise social media to attract the best talent. Experience building talent pipelines. Able to assist the HR as and when required.
