Overview
Accounts Administrator Your new company My client is looking for an immediately available accounts administrator to join the team. The primary responsibility of this position is to verify and audit the banking information of our trading partners as needed for claims settlements and similar. Ideally you will come from a Banking or Financial Services background, where you have had experience of verifying and cross checking data. You will also be adept at liaising at all levels and building relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. Your new role Maintenance and verification of client and third party banking details. Be responsible for a critical aspect of large value transaction/settlements. Verification of data input by the account creation team at various stages to ensure accuracy. Communicate via telephone and email with stakeholders both internal and external. Correctly handle large volumes of sensitive information. Understand and adhere to Company and UK Regulator requirements. What you'll need to succeed Excellent attention to detail and a methodical and conscientious approach. Strong oral and written communication skills. The ability to work under pressure and prioritise a busy workload. Experience of handling sensitive information. Technically proficient in MS office products including Excel. Experience of working in Banking or Financial Services is ideal.
