Overview
Do you have a strong background in Education and supporting students, on both a personal and educational level? Have you managed a course, or education system previously? Are you skilled in pastoral care? CV Screen may have the role for you Role Overview A Training Manager is required for an IT Training company based in London, near Borough Market. You will be offered a salary of up to £40,000, depending on experience. Highly educated candidates get a place at this IT Training company and complete an initial 15 weeks training in London. There are a series of classrooms within the building, and at any one time, there are between 60-80 students learning on site. This role will be to offer support and guidance to these students while they are in their 15 weeks of training. You will be their first port-of-call if they have any questions on the course or want to share something more personal. You will be there for the students, ensuring they are completing their work, getting to lessons on time and are happy with the way the course is going for them. You will be a friendly face around the office and classroom and get-to-know the students. They will report to you, somewhat like a ‘Form Tutor’. This role would suit someone with an Education background as a Training Manager, Education Manager or perhaps a Pastoral Care role.
