Overview
Customer Service Advisor - Immediate start - Full training My client, based in Harlow, is looking a customer service advisor to start as soon as possible to help in their busy period. This is initially a temporary contract but if all goes well is likely go permanent. Ideally you will have good customer service and admin skills but full training will be given. You will be taking calls from customers who wish to claim off their policies and making sure they have the right documents to proceed with their claim. You could also be involved with live chat and you will be responding to queries via their App. This is a lovely company with modern, bright and airy offices in Harlow. There is an onsite restaurant and even a pool table There are lots of progression opportunities for the right person. Pay is £8.50 per hour while temping but would be £18,500 if the role becomes permanent.
