Overview
You will: Help to drive forward and automate the live streaming platform, working within the team to develop new features and content types, whilst supporting and maintaining the existing platform that provides content to millions of customers in multiple territories. Key responsibilities include: Support and maintain our existing platform that always has a view of "fail in favour of customers" Ensure seamless delivery of our content across multiple territories Work with our Streaming Engineers to provide our customers with the best possible experience Assist to expand our product across further territories and platforms, ie EU and US Evaluate new technologies to ensure we are always on the leading edge You’ll have: Experience of administering Cloud infrastructure for a large organisation, eg Cloud Engineer Experience of building and supporting kubernetes clusters Demonstrable experience in coding/scripting and familiar with immutable infrastructure concepts, eg Terraform and Configuration Management tools like Puppet, Ansible or chef Strong troubleshooting skills and Comfortable working with Linux Familiar with common DevOps automation, monitoring and logging tools such as Jenkins CI/CD (pipeline in code) , Prometheus and ELK Good communication, presentation, and negotiating skills are desired to advocate for DevOps and reliability concepts within delivery teams.
