Overview
Our Peterborough based client is looking to recruit a full time Customer Service Coordinator for their small friendly team. This is a great opportunity to join an established local company in a varied Customer Service based position. In this Customer Service Coordinator role you will be required to develop relationships with clients providing a good level of customer service over the telephone and via e-mail. This will include making outbound calls to a client base ensuring they are fully updated with enhancements and changes. You will update client records accurately, and resolve complaints in a timely manner. You will chase outstanding documentation and update records accurately. Working Monday to Friday, standard working office hours. No weekend working or shift working required. To be considered for this role you will have good communication skills, work with good attention to detail and have previously worked within a FCA regulated environment. You will be IT literate and be a confident communicator.
