Contract Type: Permanent Salary: £18,000.00 The Role: ·To assist the project service managers (PSMs) to plan and manage the resources for client projects. ·To maintain and update the Company’s system with the project data to ensure it is accurate at all times. ·To maintain and update the project calendar with new works, changes and allocations to the sub-contractors. ·To prepare customer invoice schedules for verification by the project management team, in a timely manner, to ensure that customers are invoiced consistently and accurately. ·To prepare supplier purchase order requests for verification by the project management team, to ensure that the parts for projects are delivered on time in line with the project schedules. ·To highlight on a weekly basis any issues or concerns which may cause delays in projects. ·To establish and maintain effective communication links with other Company departments to ensure that the department objectives are achieved. ·To assist the PSMs with the financial information, to enable them to maintain the department’s profitability and to forward plan the projects.
