Car Sales Manager Job in Huntingdon, Cambridgeshire Salary: £35,000 (OTE £55,000). Hours of Work: Monday to Friday 08:30-18:00, Saturday 08:30-17:00 & Sunday (1 in 3) 11:00-16:00. We are looking for an experienced Car Sales Manager with a proven track record of performance within the motor industry to join our valued and professional client. The ideal Sales Manager will be committed to achieving excellence. You will be able to clearly demonstrate your ability to generate impressive results by increasing sales performance, profitability and operating efficiency. You must have strong leadership and people management skills as your primary focus is to lead your team to deliver their business objectives. You will be expected to drive the business forward and maximise customer satisfaction whilst motivating, coaching and managing the whole team. You will be able to demonstrate that you share our company values and possess strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.
