Overview
Multiple Property Assistant positions available at a leading firm in Buckinghamshire. This is a fantastic opportunity for law graduates with experience in residential conveyancing to join our client’s thriving practice in Milton Keynes. This role is also on offer in the firm’s other offices located in Northamptonshire and Cambridgeshire. Responsibilities • General administrative duties • Liaising with clients and other professionals • Preparing, checking and proofreading correspondence and documents • Completing routine searches • File management • Anti-money laundering checks • Preparing SDLT forms and registrations • Sales and purchases • Panel work • Handling cases from instructions through to completion • Title checks The Candidate • Law graduates, paralegals, conveyancers, legal assistants and legal executives with at least 6 months’ experience in residential conveyancing matters • Solid academic background • IT proficiency • Excellent client care skills • Great attention to details The Firm Our client is a fast-growing, CQS accredited practice with several offices across the country.
