Overview

Customer Service Advisor (FT or PT Evenings or FT Days) Hours: They are seeking people to join the team on the following shifts: FT or PT Evenings: (Minimum of 18 hours per week). Start between 4pm - 7.30pm to Midnight. FT Days: You will work on a full-time rotating shift between the hours of 7am and 7pm. You will also be required to work 1 weekend in every 3 (Saturday 8am to 12.30pm and a full day on Sunday). Please indicate on your application which of these shifts you would prefer. Benefits: £10.45 per hour bonus benefits including 20 days' holiday 8 days' bank holiday pro rata, company pension, health care, free parking, discounted produce, Christmas food box etc. Location: Based in the Chew Valley (Bishop Sutton, Bristol BS39), 12 miles South of Bristol and Bath. You will be working as a Customer Service Advisor in the inbound contact centre for a highly successful and expanding business (recently voted in the UK's top 1000 companies to inspire Britain) that supplies fresh produce and fine foods to the catering industry across the south west. This is a busy inbound contact centre where you will be responsible for developing client relationships over the phone, as well as processing orders for next delivery. Customer Service Advisor Duties: - Take in-bound customer calls and orders - Provide exceptional customer service though building and maintaining strong working relationships with new and existing customers, resolving queries and informing of any promotions and new or upgraded products - Input and process orders received by email, fax and answer-phone - Ensure specialist products are booked by specific deadlines and reports are run for relevant departments in a timely manner - Undertake administration tasks as required. Customer Service Advisor Skills and Experience required: - A minimum of 1 year of customer service experience with pride in delivering the highest level of customer service - An excellent telephone manner with the confidence to develop strong relationships with customers over the phone (Contact Centre experience is preferable but not essential) - IT literacy alongside fast and accurate data entry skills - Excellent attention to detail with the ability to work in a fast paced and often pressurised environment - A positive team player with a high degree of initiative, and a flexible, 'can-do' attitude. - As the office is based in a rural location, a driving licence and your own transport is required.
