Overview
My client are a prestigious government organisation based in Titchfield, Fareham. They are seeking a Process Mapper on an initial 6 month contract basis. Are you a Business Analyst with strong skills in process mapping? Someone who can liaise with staff, project managers and suppliers to understand the process steps involved in the development of the enhanced technology? This is a distinct piece of work with a focus on the "as is" and "to be" process models. You'll need to have strong communication and writing skills and be happy working with others to deliver the task. You'll also have experience in configuration management so that we have tracked versions for future reference. Responsibilities: Work in partnership with the Business Readiness lead, share knowledge and provide support so that our internal team are able to refine the maps as and when required. Map out processes 'as is' and 'to be' Provide demonstrations of the mapped processes to the wider team and invite feedback Draft guidelines, process flows, new business steps with screen shots, as required Gather feedback on all documentation, making changes where necessary Store maps in Divisional area and save versions Relevant Skills and Experience: Strong skills in process mapping Experienced in presenting processes to a team Excellent communication and writing skills Experience in configuration management This job was originally posted as www.totaljobs.com/job/89959625
