Senior Solutions Architect - £550 P/D (OUTSIDE IR35) Previous experience within the railway sector advantageous. Your new company You will be working with a leading transport company based in London who are looking for a Senior Solutions Architect to join their team on an initial 6 month basis paying up to £550 per day (Outside IR35) Your new role The Solution Architect will be responsible for the project level architecture design for solution developments. The Solution Architect will communicate the proposed architecture within the project and gain project approval from the project manager, business analyst, development and test teams. What you'll need to succeed Strong solution architecture skills in architecture business components across software, infrastructure and networks. Experience working with Scala Systems essential. Experience working with multiple vendors. Experience around Industrial control. Ability to take a loose set of requirements and build a high level architecture using UML. Refining the architecture as more information is discovered, decisions identified and choices are made. Proven ability to analyse complex components, identify decision points, draw conclusions and produce architecture roadmaps. Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, with people within the delivery team including project managers, business analysts, developers, and testers. Experience working with CCTV's.
