Overview
Our Merstham based client is now looking to recruit a Japanese speaking data entry administrator to join their indexing team on a temporary basis . We require applicants who are fluent in Japanese , written and reading, as they will be supporting on a new project from a client in Japan. This is essential and candidates who are not able to read/write in Japanese will not be considered. Duties will include, but are not limited to: Indexing all incoming data files to ensure electronic submission is effective and efficient Ensuring the accurate and timely inputting of company data into the various systems, mainly in Japanese Scanning in documentation if required Recording any discrepancies in the data and reporting to the on-site manager Providing accurate information regarding KPI's to management when required Other a dhoc administration tasks as and when required Think this may be the role for you?
