Description Two 12 month fixed term or secondment opportunities based in either Consort House, Redhill or across Fairmount House, Leatherhead and Ashley Park House, Walton-upon-Thames. About the role We are looking for two Senior Administrators to work in our Redhill Office or across the Leatherhead and Walton offices as part of the Children Families and Learning (CFL) Workforce Team. The team is part of Children's Social Care Administration and supports CFL teams with their recruitment and workforce planning needs. Working with the Team Leader, you will be engaging with hiring managers, Data Operations, Corporate Finance, social care candidates as well as external recruitment agencies to ensure that all recruitment tasks are carried out to tight deadlines, while still providing excellent customer service to our stakeholders. Your role will encompass a variety of tasks including the organisation of interviews, meet/greet with candidates, facilitation of case study examinations, workforce planning, structure reconciliation and budget comparison, data management and the set up/induction of new staff members. You will need to be highly organised, willing to take responsibility and use initiative, comfortable in setting your own priorities and meeting deadlines. Excellent interpersonal skills are essential along with a high level of written and oral communication skills. We are looking for someone who: Has a solid background in administration. Has experience of working in a busy office environment Has excellent customer service and communication skills Is confident, organised and able to implement a proactive approach to your work You must have excellent IT skills and be proficient in using Microsoft Office This role will predominantly be based in an area office but there will be also be a requirement to move around the county supporting other teams and colleagues with the same work, as a result it is preferable (but not essential) that you have a full driving licence and access to a vehicle.
