Logistics eCommerce Manager Midlands £53,485 Please note interested candidates MUST have experience working in an FMCG retail environment along with a minimum of 3 years management experience. Our client, an internationally recognised food retailer, is looking for a dynamic and experienced Logistics eCommerce Manager to join their expanding Logistics/Supply Chain department. This is a fantastic opportunity for the successful candidate to contribute towards developing the business’s eCommerce Supply Chain strategy. You will be providing strategic direction and project management across the department’s future logistics strategy. It can be demanding, challenging and fast-paced. But if you're ready to apply yourself and keep improving, it can be hugely rewarding, too You will be responsible for: · Creating a strategy for eCommerce supply chain development with a focus on operational and logistics network efficiency. Building and managing a large team based at one of our clients Head Offices Identifying, investigating and proposing cost saving opportunities within the supply chain and developing operational plans for implementation, while ensuring due diligence and stakeholder engagement Leading project teams in the delivery of new initiatives and project management of significant operational changes Working with stakeholders to define project direction, budget and deliverables and to establish consensus and clear alignment at all levels · Developing and maintaining constructive working relationships with external partners. · Managing business partners within contract guidelines, ensuring performance is monitored and recorded to aid in continuous improvement.
