Overview
A unique opportunity has arisen with one of our clients based in Central Bristol. This international organisation with a reputation for being inclusive and celebrating diversity, has an excellent opportunity for a qualified financial accountant to join them and play an important role within their finance team. Reporting to the UK Financial Controller key responsibilities include; Provision of management accounting Financial compliance and financial control services Budgeting and reporting VAT compliance Balance sheet reconciliations and analysis for international entities Cash Flow reporting Project accounting Partnering with Specific business service functions The successful applicant must be professionally qualified (ACA, CIMA, ACCA) and have demonstrable experience of financial accounts preparation. Advanced Excel Skills and knowledge of reporting systems (ERP system knowledge is advantageous). Strong technical accounting knowledge including UK GAAP. Ideally you will be a self-starter with a hands-on mentality and an ability to work autonomously. Confident, ambitious and a real team player, you will have a desire to contribute to the future growth of this forward-thinking mutual organisation.
