Salary £18-23k dep on exp Hours 9am-5.30pm Mon-Fri Cheltenham location My Cheltenham based client has an exciting new role for a Property Manager with ideally a small amount of relevant experience, although they will also consider someone who is looking to get into the property sector. This is a fairly entry level role but is a great opportunity to gain qualifications and learn more about this industry. Lettings management or agency style work is transferable. My client is happy to put the right candidate through the IRPM qualification in order to become accredited. There will be supervised progression and they are looking for someone that can grow and develop within this role. The following duties will be involved:- Dealing with contracts and maintenance related matters Dealing with the public, contractors, clients etc Taking up some volume of work, managing some small portfolios and lower level maintenance work Going to onsite meetings Dealing with calls Juggling workload Liaising with lots of different people, which can be all at one time on occasion Dealing with block management, so the external fabric of the buildings Dealing with routine maintenance issues Organising buildings insurance If this position is of interest to you then please contact Cat at i2i recruitment today for immediate consideration.
