Overview

Recruitment Support Administrator - Maternity Cover Cordant People are proudly working in partnership with a specialised Recruitment Consultancy firm based in Edinburgh. You will offer support to your designated team in head office along with candidates and clients. This role requires someone that has a natural focus to the role with great attention to detail. You will be proactive, articulate and enjoy the buzz of a fast paced environment. You will be required to gain knowledge of all vacancies on the database whilst keeping yourself updated with all clients portfolios and updating records where appropriate. You will have the ability to assist in queries from business Directors and provide full project management support where needed whilst picking up additional duties according to the business needs. About You: Well presented with pleasant mannerisms Ability to build relationships Hard working and keen to develop Understanding of Recruitment Able to keep calm under pressure Adaptable Effective communicator Highly organised The Role: Diary Management of Consultants work load Collating product information and job specs Updating Candidates through all stages Liaising with clients throughout interview process Formatting CVs and job specifications Adhering to instructions from consultants Liaising with HR and recruitment managers Reporting to Director If you have strong administrative skills or a secretarial/PA background we would love to hear from you.
